Do you offer supervision?

I am an experienced supervisor and enjoy supporting others in their work. I offer a menu of support that includes expanding knowledge and experiences, exploring blockages and celebrating successes. 

 

We can explore the good practice framework of your accrediting body, discuss assessment and treatment planning, strategies and interventions, transferences and practice issues. The sessions are yours so you decide your agenda. We work together to create a safe space and a growthful experience.

Having many years of business experience I enjoy helping therapists just starting out to set up and manage their private practice. Often, new therapists have anxiety about establishing a business. I share my experience openly and with enthusiasm.
